1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing the Site, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with all of these Terms, you are prohibited from using the Site and must discontinue use immediately. The Site is intended for users who are at least 18 years old.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use any of our trademarks without our prior written permission.

3. User Representations

By using the Site, you represent and warrant that: (1) all registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete; (2) you have the legal capacity and agree to comply with these Terms; (3) you are not a minor in the jurisdiction in which you reside; (4) you will not access the Site through automated or non-human means; and (5) your use of the Site will not violate any applicable law or regulation.

4. User Registration

You may be required to register with the Site. You agree to keep your password confidential and will be responsible for all use of your account and password. We reserve the right to remove, reclaim, or change a username you select if we determine it is inappropriate, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

5. Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use the Site for any purpose other than that for which we make the Site available. As a user of the Site, you agree not to:

• Systematically retrieve data to create or compile a collection or database without written permission from us.
• Trick, defraud, or mislead us and other users.
• Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Site.
• Upload or transmit viruses, Trojan horses, or other material that interferes with the Site.
• Engage in any automated use of the system, including data mining or scraping tools.
• Attempt to impersonate another user or person.
• Use the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Use the Site to advertise or offer to sell goods and services without authorization.

6. User Generated Contributions

The Site may provide you with the opportunity to create, submit, post, or transmit content ("Contributions"). You retain ownership of your Contributions, but you grant us a license to use them. When you create or make available any Contributions, you represent that your Contributions are not false, inaccurate, or misleading, and do not violate any applicable law or the rights of any third party.

7. Mobile Application License

If you access the Site via a mobile application, we grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to install and use the mobile application on wireless electronic devices owned or controlled by you, strictly in accordance with the terms and conditions of this mobile application license.

Apple and Android Devices: When you use a mobile application obtained from the Apple Store or Google Play, additional terms apply per each App Distributor's terms of service. You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. government embargo and are not listed on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

8. Payment and Authorization Holds

By providing your credit card information for payment, you acknowledge that we may place an authorization hold on your credit card to verify its validity and ensure sufficient funds are available. Authorization holds typically remain on your account for a limited period depending on your card issuer's policies.

9. ACH Authorization

By providing your bank account information and connecting your account through the Site, you authorize Blueprint to initiate ACH debits from your linked bank account as a backup payment method if your primary payment method fails during subscription renewal or payment processing. This authorization will remain in effect until revoked by you or terminated by us.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. You agree that your use of the Site will be at your sole risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, in connection with the Site and your use thereof.

11. Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will Blueprint or its directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless, including our subsidiaries, affiliates, and all of our respective officers, agents, partners, and employees, from and against any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand arising out of your Contributions, use of the Site, breach of these Terms, or violation of any third party's rights.

13. Dispute Resolution

Binding Arbitration: Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be finally and exclusively resolved by binding arbitration under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration will take place in Wake County, North Carolina.

Class Action Waiver: Any arbitration shall be limited to the dispute between the parties individually. No arbitration shall be joined with any other proceeding, and there is no right or authority for any dispute to be arbitrated on a class-action basis.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

15. Corrections

There may be information on the Site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update the information on the Site at any time, without prior notice.
