By accessing or using Blueprint ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including free and paid subscribers.
Blueprint is a personal finance and calendar management platform that helps users track spending, manage budgets, set goals, and plan finances around life events. The Service may include AI-powered features, bank account integrations via Plaid, and calendar syncing. Blueprint is a financial management tool — not a financial advisor. Nothing in the Service constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@blueprintapp.ai if you suspect unauthorized access. You must be at least 18 years old to use Blueprint.
You agree not to: • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose • Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or copy any part of the Service • Share your account credentials with others • Introduce malicious code or interfere with the Service's infrastructure • Use the Service to store or transmit another person's financial data without their consent
Blueprint uses Plaid to connect your bank accounts. By connecting a bank account, you also agree to Plaid's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Blueprint is not responsible for errors, interruptions, or data inaccuracies caused by Plaid or your financial institutions. Other third-party integrations (Google Calendar, Outlook, etc.) are subject to their respective terms.
Blueprint offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You may cancel at any time — your subscription remains active through the end of the billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods unless required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' advance notice.
Blueprint and its content, features, and functionality are owned by Blueprint and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use our name, logo, or branding without prior written consent. Your data remains yours. By using Blueprint, you grant us a limited license to process and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that financial data will be accurate or up to date. Use the Service at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blueprint shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to financial losses resulting from reliance on data displayed in the app.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately and your data will be deleted per our Privacy Policy.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 14 days' notice of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
