We collect information you provide directly to us, such as your name, email address, and financial data you choose to connect through our integrations. When you connect your bank accounts through Plaid, we receive transaction data, account balances, and account metadata. We do not store your bank credentials — they are handled exclusively by Plaid's secure infrastructure. We also collect usage data such as pages visited, features used, and session duration to improve our product.
We use your information to: • Provide, maintain, and improve the Blueprint service • Personalize your experience and surface relevant insights • Send important product updates and security alerts • Respond to your support requests • Comply with legal obligations We never use your financial data for advertising purposes.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal financial information with third parties for marketing purposes — ever. We may share data with: • Service providers who help operate Blueprint (Supabase, Plaid, Vercel) under strict data processing agreements • Law enforcement when required by law • Successor entities in the event of a merger or acquisition, with advance notice to you
All data is encrypted in transit using TLS and at rest using AES-256 encryption. Our infrastructure is hosted on SOC 2 compliant providers. We conduct regular security reviews and promptly address any vulnerabilities. Despite these measures, no system is 100% secure — if you discover a vulnerability, please contact us immediately at security@blueprintapp.ai.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may delete your account at any time from Settings, which will permanently remove your personal data within 30 days. Anonymized, aggregated data may be retained for product analytics.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember your preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but some features may not work correctly.
Blueprint is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us at privacy@blueprintapp.ai and we will delete it promptly.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Continued use of Blueprint after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
